I think cleaning fees and chores are silky so I don’t require either. Directly across from the Snake River, this is a full basement apartment (has own access) in a historic Idaho Falls home. Perfect stay while you’re on your way to Yellowstone or Grand Teton. The beautiful Idaho Falls Greenbelt is right out the door. Walking distance to downtown, multiple restaurants, LDS temple and the Farmers Market. Space has bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Must walk down 7 stairs to access.

Walk to Ross Park Zoo, nearby parks, and the swimming complex, plus enjoy locally owned restaurants close by. Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

KJ's Place * close to golf course & boat dock

Cute three bedroom home on the northwest side of Aberdeen in a quiet neighborhood. It’s only a few blocks to the golf course & about 4 miles to the boat dock. Plenty of parking is available if you are bringing a boat or work vehicles. It’s a quick 10-15 minute drive to American Falls. If you love the outdoors, Aberdeen has a lot to offer w/ a golf course, boating, hunting & year-around fishing. We will do longer stays, please send an inquiry. Want to bring your pet, message me. 🐶

There are plenty of places to hike, bike, ATV/UTV and more. Deer and moose often pass by the cabin to say hello and see who's visiting.

You'll be well rested for sure! There is a small fridge and a variety of coffee/tea/cocoa & treats, along with some paper products, also provided. Welcome to our Space! This apartment was designed specifically for travelers. Everything in the home is brand new and immaculately clean. It is stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Washer and Dryer are available for use. The Wooden accents were sourced from a homestead in Bancroft, ID. My wife and I hope you enjoy this space as much as we did designing it !
