It is surrounded by wildflowers and features contemporary art and sculptures by artists Rouwen and Reeve. Befferlands Cottage is a converted two storey barn set in the heart of the West Dorset Countryside yet only minutes from the beaches of the Jurassic coastline. Located amid the rolling hills of the Marshwood Vale - an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - there are views of open farmland and plenty of walks along lanes, woods and riverside from the front door across both West Dorset and East Devon. You can even walk to the beach from the cottage. Ideal for couples with dogs or families.

The Duck Wing is a quirky, self contained apartment on the first floor within Plenty Cottage. It's beautifully appointed for a relaxed, carefree stay in a wonderfully rural environment. Nothing is too much trouble. It sleeps two in double bed in a pretty bedroom and has a double sofa bed too. Own bathroom/shower, a separate WC and a warm spacious living area. The pub is 7 mins walk away and the beaches a 5 mins drive. The private, heated swimming is available 1st April - 31 Sept

The Garden Studio is situated at the top of our garden and nestles on the side of Hardown Hill (National Trust). It boasts spectacular views over the Marshwood Vale. Great for countryside walks around the vale and along the Jurassic Coast. Good restaurants and places of interest at nearby historic towns Bridport and Lyme Regis. Lovely beaches close by at West Bay, Seatown, Eype, Charmouth and Lyme Regis. We are approx. 2 miles from Charmouth. The Garden Studio welcomes dogs.
