Both the kitchen and bath have necessary items including coffee maker. Living room has comfy couch with Hulu and Spectrum. We are on a quiet street walking distance to shops and restaurants. Tully is conveniently located between Syracuse and Cortland both of which can be reached in an easy 20min drive

The backyard borders a scenic waterfront park and is a 3 minute stroll to the lake, marina, swimming area , playground and walking trails. Perfectly situated to provide a peaceful base to explore downtown Ithaca, campus ( 15 mins) and all the Finger Lakes have to offer. A new platform sofa bed provides a comfortable 2nd sleeping area. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. A bedroom with a queen bed for 2, a sofa that can sleep 1, a private bathroom, and living room. There is no kitchen or dining room, but there is a a small dining table, two chairs, a microwave, a coffeemaker with coffee, filters, disposable tableware, a toaster, and a mini-fridge (in the closet). It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Ithaca can easily be reached by car, bike, bus, or foot.

We love that it provides a simple escape from everyday life. When you walk in you are instantly welcomed by large windows in the living room giving you full lake views. The open, quaint setting of this cottage allows you to reconnect with your family and friends. The home has waterfront access to Owasco Lake.
