This stylish lakefront home has a private deep-water dock & calm swimming area with 2 natural sandy beaches. Situated at the entrance of a quiet cove overlooking the main channel of Lake Norman, the 1000-sq-ft deck, with dining table, couches, & loungers, wraps around the house providing fantastic views of the lake. Step out from the main living area onto a covered terrace to relax in the shade. Swim at the sand beach or take in a sunset beside the fire on the stone patio at the water's edge.

Private lakeside entrance, downstairs is yours. Sandy beach, long pier, fire pit, 3 adult kayaks, I smaller kayak, various floats, & 3 paddle boards. Life jacket assortment& beach towels. Residential area. No guests, parties,groups,or Late, loud music-use of the amenities is for the guests only. Well behaved pets,housebroken, shots/neutered. Additional fee of $20 night per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total. Longer stays 3 guests max.

The suite has been recently renovated with all new finishes, including a wet bar area. Our house is right on Lake Norman, with several lake access points within the immediate area.
