This lovely cottage is directly on the Russian River with gorgeous views. We've kept the original 1909 charm of the main living space while adding many new amenities. Your oasis awaits. BEFORE BOOKING: Be aware that the cozy second bedroom is not attached to the house, it is accessed through the main bedroom and a just few steps across the deck. Relax in the hot tub or in the hammock on the backyard deck with a peaceful nature view or hang inside the cozy abode and make use of the fully-stocked kitchen. we have a limit of 4 overnight guests and 2 vehicles per Sonoma County permit rules. Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. Serene Russian River retreat in the Northwood neighborhood, close to the golf course and surrounded by a 1200 sq ft Redwood deck. Watch the hummingbirds and sip your glass of wine while you sit by the fire and explore the heart of the Russian River. This is a family-friendly home, and to keep it that way, we trust that you will clean up after your children accordingly. If not, we will need to charge additional cleaning fees.

This rustic yet luxurious cabin is the perfect place to unplug. Walk through the woods, relax by a fire, and enjoy the food and wine of the Russian River Valley. 10 minutes from the beach. Minutes from Occidental, Graton, Forestville, and Guerneville. House has a full bathroom, bedroom downstairs with a Cal King bed and one upstairs with two twin beds. 5 acres in the redwoods, trampoline, fire pit area, high-speed Internet.

Private cozy guest unit nestled under towering Giant Redwood and Fir trees, the Sonoma coast is 20 minutes to the west and world class wineries and microbreweries start 5 minutes to the east. Enjoy the Redwood deck with dedicated guest area, bbq fireplace, and hot tub. The hosts Jason and Kim were superhosts until Covid stopped all short term rentals last year, we are just opening back up for guests in July 2021.
