Monte das Casolas is a rural retreat nestled amid an unspoiled oak forest (Montado) in the countryside near Grândola. Surrounded by rolling hills and lush green or yellow landscapes, this enchanting destination offers an authentic experience where you will immerse yourself in peace and nature. The houses have a kitchen and a spacious living room and a lounge area with a wood-burning stove. There is one ensuite bedroom with double beds. You will have access to a common swimming pool.

The house is located 9km from Reguengos de Monsaraz near to the N255 road, municipality of Alandroal. It’s a great starting point for those who want to get to know the region, its gastronomy and some of the main Alentejo wine cellars. Just 20km from Monsaraz and the Alqueva river beaches, it can be execelent for those seeking something such as nautical activities. This refuge is in the middle of a large forest of cork oaks, with more than 30 hectares, with many paths for pleasant walks, watching many varieties of birds, several places to practice Yoga, or simply contemplating the cork oak forest or the horizon. Here you will certainly be happy during your stay !!! If you want a long stay and need to work, I can provide an internet router.
