Velvet Crush Cottage

Heart of Monroe! Come relax and have fun with the whole family in the stylish, cozy cottage. You will enjoy this spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Office with sleeper sofa for extra guest. We are conveniently located in the heart of Monroe near many locally owned restaurants that you are sure to enjoy. We are less than 10 minutes from ULM/VCOM & 5 minutes from Forsythe Park. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the patio or lounge inside. Please note there are steps to get inside the home at 2 entrances.

Town And Country

This newly renovated family home located in a clean, quiet neighborhood, close proximity to Century Link in the heart of North Monroe. This home contains all of the necessary amenities for a small family including all Kenmore appliances (washer and dryer included). The large back yard great for pets, the residence has a 6 ft. privacy fence with a deluxe gas grill perfect for cookouts. This residence CAN NOT be used as an event center this is our family home. This means No Parties What So Ever.

The Holliday House- A cheerful 2 bedroom house.

Come enjoy your holiday at the Holliday house. It is conveniently located near many unique, locally owned restaurants as well as many chain restaurants. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

The Coleman House

We have easy access to and from the Interstate, allowing those passing through to have a convenient layover. The Coleman House is a spacious two-story country-style home with 1768 square feet of living space, two covered porches, and a covered carport located approximately one mile from Well Road Exit (Exit 112) off Interstate 20. There are many fast food restaurants within a mile. Also, there is a great public, family-friendly nature hiking trail within about 2 miles, the Restoration Park.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.It is a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. Your pet will love the spacious backyard. There are two bedrooms and one full bath. Please note there is not a bath tub but a shower only. The master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has the double bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook. We have it stocked with the essential seasonings as well as coffee, sugar, etc.

Piney Woods A-Frame on D'Arbonne

Piney Woods A-Frame is a cozy rustic cabin tucked away from it all to give you the solitude you've been craving. This is the prefect place for a couples get away, a girls’ weekend, a fishing trip, or just a solo escape. Outdoor lovers will get the best of both worlds here- escape to a cabin in the woods while also being right on the water! Water levels are back to normal so you can enjoy taking out the kayaks! There’s stocked firewood for campfires, board games, & propane for grilling!

This charming 2 bedroom 1 bath home is conveniently located to all the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment West Monroe has to offer, and is only a 5-10 minute drive to Monroe. This one of a kind space is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood within a few minutes of dining, shopping, ULM, Forsythe Park, and many attractions. You will enjoy your cozy 1 bedroom with flat screen TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney + and other streaming services) and you also have access to a quarter court indoor basketball court & shared indoor pool w retractable roof. The pool area and back patio have seating and feature access to a grill and fire pit.

Sugah’s Bayou Bungalow

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located in a residential area, the serenity you’ll feel here, tucked away, will be like home. This is a brand new build, with all new appliances and furniture. One king sized bed in the bedroom, a pullout couch, and one queen sized air mattresses are available. This space is water front with access to a private deck and dock for fishing, or parking a boat on. Two boat ramps are located close by.

The Fleur de Lis House – 2 BR/1.5 BATH

Welcome to the Fleur de Lis House! Located in Central Monroe, this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse has everything you need to stay for one night or longer. With 3 Queen Beds there’s plenty of space for 5 guests. Highlights: Fully-Stocked Kitchen; TVs in LR and both bedrooms; High-Speed Wi-Fi; Outdoor Covered Patio; Private Double Garage; Close to restaurants, grocery stores, parks & access to I-20.
