The Hay Loft

The Hay Loft sits in the middle of 43 beautiful acres, overlooking our working hay farm with stunning views of the Shenandoah Mountains. We are conveniently located near restaurants, vineyards, antiquing, battlefields, golf resorts, ski resorts and caverns. Spacious rustic/luxe suite w/gas fireplace; king bed and bathroom with tiled shower, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, small refrigerator, no freezer, dishes and and outdoor gas grill and indoor gas fireplace. Outdoor firepit.

Enjoy a taste of time travel from the 21st century to the 19th century while vacationing in style at our exquisitely restored 1850's cabin. Our cabin is walking distance to Massanutten Boat Landing (motor boating) and our private fishing pond. Fine restaurants, vineyards, whiskey Distillery, and horse back riding are just minutes away. The Cooter's Museum is just 2.4 miles from our cabin. Luray Caverns and Museum just 12 min - Shenandoah National Park is 20 min, G W National Forest is close by.

Rustic Cabin on Cacapon River for Private Getaway

Rustic, 100+ year old primitive mountain cabin in West Virginia along the Cacapon River. Beautifully restored with wood stove, loft, & screened in porch. Access to 214 acres of private mountain land & over 1/4 mile of river frontage plus 1/2 acre pond, trails, and private shooting range. This cabin is 1-room and completely off grid. It has NO electricity or plumbing/running water, but does have a Porta-John serviced weekly. Renter will be cabin camping so pack accordingly; tents also welcome.

Or you can just sit on either one of the two covered porches with a good book and take in natural open spaces and a view of a serene pond. And of course we are located in heart of Loudoun County's wine country, great spots for picnic and tasting of great selection of wines.

Hidden Haven

Hidden Haven is just that! A 600 square foot romantic, private, peaceful, little haven. Hidden in the woods just 6 miles outside of the Town of Orange. Open the garage door in the living area and step out on the 300 square foot screened in porch where you can relax at the firepit under the covered roof. On the porch at Hidden Haven, we like to say, "time wasted is time well spent". The romantic vibe and modern amenities make it a prefect place for a couple's getaway.

Sportsmen's Lodge

Spacious lodge, extremely private, rustic setting near many outdoor recreation areas, including the Elk Country Visitor's Center, the Allegheny National Forest, and the East Branch Dam. Great space for outdoor sports (nearby fishing, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, and much more!) or to stay and enjoy nature! Sledding and cross country skiing in winter. No weddings,receptions,class reunions, graduation parties. Will not rent for 24 hours after guests check out.

The Skyhouse- simple & serene w/mountain views

Enjoy the solace and beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains with modern and local comforts. Retreat and explore on this old 100acre farm- via foot- or float on the tiny pond in a kayak or SUP. Or venture out to Shenandoah National Park, the local coffee shops, eateries, wineries, and breweries. Whatever you choose the skyhouse is stocked with roasted coffee, farm-fresh eggs, fresh-baked bread, teas and soaps from our incredible local homesteaders and artisans.
