The Cottage at the Red Barn

Welcome to the Cottage! This ~216 square foot cottage overlooks a restored barn on a rural 5-acre property located in the farmlands of Oregon's central valley. Enter the detached cottage through your own private door to find a memory foam-covered queen bed, your own closet and private bathroom with hot shower, a small refrigerator, hot water kettle and basic tea/coffee-making facilities. This updated cottage is perfect for those who want a peaceful, countryside retreat with modern amenities.

The Craftsman cottage is on a private 15 acre wetland providing excellent views of a wide range of birds and other wildlife. French doors open to a deck and huge yard that meets the wetland and walking path around the ponds. Modern farm cottage located on our 2 acre lifestyle block for you to relax and enjoy our farm scenery. On the property we have chickens, rooster and ducks that roam freely. We want you to enjoy your stay and we welcome you here at the cottage. Cottage sleeps 4 guest max. If you need anything or there is a problem we are close by in the main house on the property. We take great pride in our cottage. Everything laundered and cleaned after each guest.

Fresh eggs collected by host daily are for sale in the farm store. Stroll down the gravel road and appreciate nearby agriculture. Drive to the coast 1 hour away. Take a wine tasting tour. End the day at the fire pit and make s’mores.
