Includes 12 chairs, 14 beach badges, and 4 umbrellas. Driveway for 2 cars plus free street parking. Share guest count and trip reason. Only listed guests allowed. Minimum 25 years old to book. House comfortably sleeps 10, but we accept up to 14 guests. For additional guests, foldable floor mattress and futon provided.

Our place is the perfect getaway for 2 guests. The beautiful beachy space is close to the famous Rockaway Boardwalk! You’ll feel both at home & at peace here. Dining, nightlife, shopping, event spots (Jade & BHYC) just down the block. NYC Ferry is minutes away, free shuttle dropoff down the block. Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted.

Sandy Hook House - Newly renovated

Recently renovated bright comfy walk out studio apartment with private entrance. Right by the bridge, you can walk/bike to Sandy Hook or take your car (beach pass included). Close to many beaches, parks, bike trails, light house tours, historical sights, & concert venues. Plenty of restaurants & activities in town. Easy access from ferry. Watch the sunrise from the shared court yard, furnished with lounge & dining seating. Peaceful, well appointed, & comfortable.

Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
