96 absolutely 100% wild, unadulterated acres of pine forest, woodlands and marshland in Stratford, NY: the Gateway to the Adirondacks. The main house - a 1890s, stacked stone farmhouse that has seen better days after being left unattended for 40+ years, a post and beam barn, a small shed used to house carriages and an easement, these are off-limits. The remaining 90+ acres are untouched woodlands inside the Adirondack Park boundary, where anywhere can be your campsite! (Pending hosts approval.)

Trailside Camp - near Oneonta & Cooperstown

Trailside Camp - our newest addition to Brook Hollow Homestead. This is a new 10'x12' canvas wall tent on a wood platform. You have the option of having it set up with a king bed or two twin beds. There is an outdoor sink and cooking area complete with a mini frige and a two burner stove. The outdoor shower has both hot and cold water. The outhouse has a standard camping toilet. This area sits at the entrance to our 120 acres and trails. Come for the experience that will last a lifetime.

Adirondack Glamping on Private Lake & 300+ acres

Whether looking to get away with family and friends or have a romantic outing in nature, this destination in the heart of the Adirondacks is sure to amaze! With 330+ acres, a private lake, and the Cedar River flowing through, there are ample activities to do onsite such as kayaking/canoeing, tubing, fishing & hiking. Nearby white water rafting, dining, and much more. Fun fact: Tesla and Edison once camped here in Indian Lake en route to one of the first hotels in the US to have electricity.

This listing is for a primitive tent or RV camping spot (no hookups) nestled within nearly 40 acres of private, beautiful woods. Please Note: This is a back-to-basics, bring-your-own-gear experience. You must provide your own tent or RV, sleeping equipment, water, and all camping necessities. Pack it in, pack it out – help us keep our woods pristine by practicing Leave No Trace principles.

YALEVILLE VALLEY VIEWS -Glamping and Camping

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Located in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, on a meadow with views down the valley. 70 acres to wander with a stream to investigate and a hill to climb enjoying the flora and fauna. There is a Bath House available that is shared with other campsites on the property. It has a claw foot tub/shower, flushing toilet and a large sink ! We are located 2 miles from the small town of Guilford, NY that has, small picturesque Guilford Lake.

Succurro : Tent with a View - Flow

A perfect getaway or adventure for friends, couples or small families! This listing is for one of 4 raised platform tents, located at the top of a hill, with a beautiful view. The tent has 1 queen bed, a set of shelves and drawers for storage, and front porch to relax on. There is a fire pit, outhouses, outdoor showers (cold only!), trails woods to roam, and stream to wade in. Bring your groceries - there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grills, fridges, and all the necessities!

Forest Stay - North Nest Camp

North Nest Camp is a private retreat tucked deep into 40 lush mountain acres, surrounded by forest and wildlife — yet just minutes from Cooperstown, Glimmerglass Lake, and Ommegang Brewery. This is the perfect place to unplug, and immerse yourself in nature. Wander the private hiking trails, sway in the hammock beneath the trees, or simply listen to the sounds of the forest. Your campsite is fully equipped, North Nest camp offers peaceful seclusion with easy access to everything.

Riverside screen house

Screenhouse on the side of the West Canada Creek. Please note this is a 1000 foot walk from your vehicle unless you have a 4wd or all wheel drive vehicle. Site includes a 10 ft by 10 ft screenhouse, picnic table, and outhouse, fire pit, 2 chairs, but no bed. Have 115 acres of farm to explore along the creek, swim in the creek, bring your kayak, tube down the river, or fish for trout in the creek. Please note the river can get busy in the summer on weekends with tubers.
