Two Bedroom Country Getaway.

Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom country getaway. We are minutes from the historic village of Schoharie and 45 minutes from the Capital Region and Cooperstown. We offer scenic views, lawn access around the air bnb, outside seating and parking (two cars). Our air bnb comes fully stocked with towels, linens, toiletries, hair dryer, kitchenware, 55’ smart TV, pack n play and portable high chair. There are 13 steps to enter air bnb. GUEST MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB THE STAIRS WITHOUT ASSISTANCE.

The Lily Pad

The Lily Pad is a comfy one room king bed cottage with a porch overlooking the pond. A private full bath is 30 steps away (attached to our home for plumbing purposes, but you have a private entry). The paved path is well lit. The cottage is insulated, heated,air conditioned, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used w/ your own accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want to interact or need anything.

Carriage House in Historic Town

Our 1830s converted carriage house is in the historic district of Canajoharie ('the pot that washes itself' in Mohawk). It is 3 biking minutes from the Erie Canal Trailway, 3 driving min. from I-90, & walking distance to restaurants, the famous Arkell Museum, waterfalls, swim holes, & hiking. The two story guesthouse is welcoming, well equipped (no TV), has AC, 1 queen size bed, 1 queen sofabed, is near Royal Ski Mount. (20 min), Glimmerglass (29 min) Copperstown (38 min), & Albany (50 min).

Maple Hideaway

All the convenience of home. Great for snowmobilers, skiers, wilderness lovers, hunters, kayakers, hikers, gem miners & fishermen. Utilities & WI-FI included, Fire Pit with free firewood. Available for weekend, weekly or by weekly stays. Near State hiking trails, snowmobile trails. 1/2 mile from trail C4, Herkimer & Ace diamond mines. A Short drive to Utica, Rome, Old Forge, Boonville & nearby ski resorts the West Canada Creek and Hinkley reservoir. Non-smokers, 4 people max. No pets please.

Perfect for nature enthusiasts!Adorable studio guesthouse for 2 people...no pets, with full kitchen, wifi and direct tv included. Located in the Village of Speculator, a beautiful place in the heart of the Adirondack Park. Right on the snowmobile trail. Kayakers can shove off from the lake right located nearby. Restaurants, pubs and a local grocery store minutes away. The cabin is perfect for 2. A third person will add a 25.00 per night fee. Due to allergy reasons we can accept no pets.

Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families welcome. Located lakeside, we offer a beautiful deck, a large yard, a stocked fire pit and a dock. Kayak, swimming and fishing a must! 1/2 basketball court and pickle ball court on property!

Cooperstown All Star Village & Dreams Park House

Just 10 minutes up the road from All-Star Village and 15 minutes to Dreams Park Baseball Parks. We have been renting to Baseball Families for over 10 years and offer all the comforts of home....SUPER FAST internet, a large lawn for kids to play, a fire pit area to adults to unwind at night. Approximately 20 Minutes to down town Cooperstown and 15 Minutes the other way to Oneonta.
