This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

The accommodation is on the lower floor of a beautiful newly built family home. The apartment is brand new, in the best condition. Everything is included: equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room, WiFi, TV, private parking space. The tram stop is only 3 minutes away from us. In 25-30 minutes you can reach the center.
