Enjoy easy access to everything from this close in NE Portland studio apartment. This 2nd story apartment in a 1880 victorian home is newly renovated with new everything! It is short walk to the Oregon Convention Center, Moda Center, Emanuel Hospital, and more. Near the Max, buses, and street car. Centrally located, you'll also be a walk/short drive to Williams Ave, Mississippi Ave, NE Alberta St., and downtown Portland. PDX Airport is a 20 minute drive. There is street parking available.

The Overlook neighborhood is one of Portland's hidden gems. Quiet, tree lined, yet only a few minutes from all the action Portland serves up. Walk or ride to meals, brewpubs or shopping in the Mississippi and Williams districts. Hop a train (three blocks away) to all quarters. Or, to unwind, walk to Overlook or Mocks Crest parks for sweeping views of downtown Portland, Forest Park and the Willamette River. Please read on to see if the studio's lower ceiling is the right fit for you.

Basement Dwelling

This basement efficiency apartment has its own entrance off the driveway next to the sidewalk and has everything you might need to be comfortable. The ceiling is not that high so I recommend it for people under 6'2". My family including a dog and cats live in the house above so you might hear us but they don’t have access to the apt. Gas and/or electric heat that you control, smart TV and recliner that will stand you up. I do allow animals if you pay the $20 pet fee and see rules.

Street level 1910 duplex is a tranquil space with easy access to inner Portland and all it has to offer. We love this city and hope you enjoy your stay. 5 minute walk to Portland Streetcar. 5 minute walk to Nike bike rentals/Nike Factory Store 5 minute walk to Ox/Toro Bravo/ Wonder ballroom 15 minute walk to Moda Center 15 minute walk to the Convention center. 15 minute walk to Emanuel hospital. 15 minute walk to Max light rail. 1.5 miles to downtown. 1.2 miles Pearl District.

Super central and clean hideaway in N.E. Portland's Irvington/Lloyd Center neighborhood. This cozy apartment lives under our brownstone home, with it's own entrance, free wifi, queen bed, washer/dryer and kitchen appliances. Street parking is easy, no restrictions or permits required! We have many guests in town to attend an event at the convention or the Moda Center, if that’s you, we are under one mile from both, and three blocks from the bus that takes you there!

Stay in our beautiful, light-filled, 2-story deluxe apartment perched .5 miles above NW 23rd Ave. and 2 doors down from Forest Park trails. Full kitchen, backyard with mountains and river view, gas fireplace and hi-speed WiFi make this the ideal retreat/work space.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Light-filled basement apartment with kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for 1-2 guests. Extremely cozy, clean, and comfortable. Our family lives upstairs, which can lead to a little noise. The apartment is below our home so we can only accommodate guests on the reservation. The neighborhood is quiet but the Dekum Triangle is about 3 blocks away and is bustling with places to eat and drink.
