The property sits on a canal that is connected to fowl river, Mobile Bay and the Mississippi Sound. There is kayaks and a canoe on the property for you to explore the water ways or do some fishing. In 2024 we did an interior renovation of the house, so that it now features LED lighting, freshly painted walls, new floors, new appliances, a tile shower, granite countertops, and brand new furniture.
