Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus liegt ländlich in waldreicher Umgebung in Kallinchen und bietet den idealen Rückzugsort für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen Das Haus verfügt über eine private Sauna und einen Kaminofen. Nach einem Spaziergang durch die waldreiche Umgebung lädt der Kamin zum Aufwärmen und Entspannen ein. Auf Wunsch bieten wir in den Wintermonaten ein besonderes Arrangement an – mit Frühstück sowie Candle-Light-Dinner im benachbarten Hotel und Masagen. Bis bald!

Die großzügige, 90 Quadratmeter große Loft-Wohnung liegt im ersten OG eines alten um- und ausgebauten Bauernhauses. Sie verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer, Dusch- und Wannenbad, vollausgestattete Küche und einen großen Wohnraum mit TV-Lese-Bereich, Schreibtisch, Essbereich, zusätzliche Schlafcouch und große Balkonterrasse. Viva momentos inolvidables en este alojamiento tranquilo y familiar. La moderna casa y la soleada terraza invitan a quedarse. La piscina junto al lago es un sueño para los niños. Los supermercados están a poca distancia. Aparcamientos, bicicletas y una canoa están disponibles. Desde aquí es fácil explorar los alrededores o hacer excursiones a Berlín, Potsdam y la campiña circundante. En invierno podrá relajarse en la ducha de vapor. Su amigo de cuatro patas también puede acompañarle.
