Direkt neben den "Gärten der Welt" haben wir viel Grün um uns herum, freies Parken und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Bus ist man in 15 Minuten an der U- und S-Bahn (5). Zur Weihnachtszeit ist es besonders schön dekoriert bei uns und der Glühweintopf steht bereit.
