A warm & charming, spacious family-friendly mountain home on 1.72 acres with a full mountain range view facing America's Highest Eastern Mtn, Mt. Mitchell. This 5bd/4bath home is perfect for groups to enjoy trips that include retreats, team building, skiing, snowmobiles, hunting, and river rafting. One hour away from the Linville Caverns & Winery, and 40 minutes from Biltmore Estate & Village. Enjoy day trips to Asheville, Boone, Sugar Mtn, and Beech Mtn. We are 50 minutes from the Tennessee border. The property has three (3) Ring cameras on the exterior of the house. The sound has been muted. They are there for security when the house is not being used.

The Penland School of Crafts is 3 miles away and the beauty of the campus can not be beat. We are halfway between Boone and Asheville for all that these two towns offer.
