Relax and unwind in the countryside! Our 1 bed/1 bath country cottage has rustic charm while being newly renovated to include all the modern comforts you expect. The sauna is truly beautiful and it has the unique feature of a waterfall shower. Enjoy the beautiful mission mountains and park-like setting complete with creek and willow trees. There is no shortage of wildlife...deer, hawks, owls, geese, and pheasants to name a few, along with some cows and a horse grazing in the pasture out back.

Rattlesnake Studio - Walk to UM, downtown, River

The location is a quiet street in the Rattlesnake area walking distance (less than 1 mile) from downtown Missoula, the University of Montana and the Clark Fork River and only a couple of blocks from several major trailheads. Features: full kitchen with range, fridge, and microwave; dining area; full bathroom; and queen size bed. The carriage house is located above the garage with alley access and off street parking. Guests have access to the new side deck with seating and gas BBQ grill.

Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.

Unique Luxury Grain Bin called the Happy Place

Unique grain bin, luxury style glamping, with heated tile floors, air conditioning, breath taking views, and loving farm animals to include two Bison. The grain bin has an outdoor porta-potty 20 feet away and a summer outdoor hot shower and also guests share an indoor restroom 75 feet away, laundry room, kitchen, and a rec room in the basement of the main house with a private entrance. A charming, quiet, tiny studio loft apartment in the historic, centrally located, Westside neighborhood. This beautiful space is in a stand alone building is located 4.7 mi from airport. The exterior stairway to the private entrance has 15 steps and I have included lots of photos. There are pretty mountain views out of every window. The American Leather sofa and bed are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. Check in and check out times are firm.
