Loveseat pulls out to sleep additional small adult or child. I am happy to accept small pets (under 20 lbs.) must be crated when left alone. It should be fully equipped is everything you need hot water, air-conditioning, towels, and even the laundry room available. It has a charming ambiance and design. We have private off street parking. The Cottage is located a short distance from dining, shopping, galleries and museums.

Located right next to the Cotton District you have walking access to many restaurants, shops, and campus! Take advantage of this studios central location for MSU games and events. Go Dawgs! Larger vehicles may be too big for our parking area. Parking spaces are designed for standard size vehicles and we provide one on the premises. All other parking is around the corner.
