The Bluff House faces the Missouri River on 7 acres of beauty, neighboring the Bougeois Winery! The Katy trail & Rocheport are 1 mile away. Our home is two stories. We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. Come check out this tranquil getaway located within 10-15 miles of Kirksville, 1000 Hillls State Park, Truman State/ATSU, and hundreds of acres of public hunting/conservation land. This little cabin is a one bedroom, one bath tiny home that is located off the beaten path and is tucked away in the woods. The space comfortably sleeps four people (with ability to sleep 6 with a pull-out couch). Enjoy the relaxing sounds of nature by sitting around the fire pit or relaxing in the hammock.

We are just a few feet from the Ozark National Forest with plenty of hunting and outdoor excursions available. The Cabin is 5 miles from a trail head of the Ozark Highland Trail. Many other scenic trails are nearby!
