Centrally Located Cozy Villa

This is a unique listing, read completely through it first. The walkout basement has 2 bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom and place to prepare meals without a stove. Access is through the back door and patio areas. There’s a low impact elliptical machine in the smaller of the two bedrooms. The private patio area has a grill, umbrella, table, chairs, a fire pit and a couple swing for our booked guests only. (ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS). Please respect the owners and our neighbors.

Our 2 bedroom duplex is surprisingly spacious with a king suite as well as a kid's room with 1 single twin and 1 twin over full bed! 2 bathrooms, large living room and dining room table that will seat 6, private deck with a BBQ grill in the fenced back yard with a 2 car garage to park your car or play ping-pong! Pets are welcome to come along as well! Our home is located 2 miles from Hummer Sports park, 5 miles to Stormont Vail Event Center, and 3 miles to the hospitals.

Western Hills Stay and Play Golf

Kick back and relax in this quite two-bedroom home located on Western Hills Golf Course! Property is unsuitable for infants or children under 12 years of age. Price includes 1/2 price green fees for up to four players for each night the home is rented. Message host at least 2 weeks prior to stay for tee times. Rental also includes access to a 15,000 square foot fitness center next door! Home is located in West Topeka minutes from shopping, restaurants & downtown

Capital City Cottage

Entire abode to yourself! Two bedrooms with queen beds, one bath. Off street, covered parking. Roku is available on the TV, for you to log in to your preferred choice of viewing pleasure. Close to VA Med Center & Washburn Univ. Minutes from State Capitol & Downtown. Centrally located from downtown and west side ( where all the chain stores and restaurants are located). NO parties are to be hosted in our house. NO smoking of any kind inside the house.
