There is an outdoor patio area. RV parking. Newer hard floors- no carpet. Stainless steel fridge, micro and oven. Mattresses protective covers. The king mattress is the firmest, the queen is memory foam and twin beds as well. No cleaning fee! Very convenient getting to and out of Notre Dame game day!
