Homeowner Nigel in main house, 2 small dogs and some family will be the only others possibly around. Please relax and enjoy! At time of writing jacuzzi is not of service but the pool is mighty fine! 10 minutes directly to downtown and 15 minutes to most beaches. Great location for exploring San Diego!
