Casa amena is a lovely 75-square-meter (about 807 square feet) apartment which sleeps four people. It has a 60-square-meter (about 646 square feet) terrace with a pergola and a great view of Minori and the seascape. The apartment is located in the center of Minori, 300 meters (about 984 feet) from the beach. It is only 4 km (about 2.5 miles) away from Amalfi. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living-room and a kitchen. It is equipped with air conditioning and winter heating. The place Casa Amena takes the upper floor of a beautiful and age-old house surrounded by the green of lemon orchards. It is situated in Minori in a central and panoramic residential area. Minori is an enthralling small town near Amalfi nestled on a narrow valley which stretches up to the sea, where it becomes a bay in a crescent moon shape. From the house and the terrace of Casa Amena, you will feast your eyes on the village of Minori, on the rocky walls rich in verdant lemon cultivations, and on the seascape. The prevailing colors of such splendid panorama are the bright green of lemon orchards and the blue of the sky and the sea. The sea and the large sandy beach of Minori are about 300 meters (about 984 feet) from the house. You can reach them on foot after going for a pleasant walk. On the beach, you will find bars and restaurants, and in case you want umbrellas and deck chairs, they are available for rental as well. The beach is framed by a long public garden (so-called Lungomare) which is a place where you can go for a stroll, sit at the tables of outdoor cafes, or even go shopping. Minori is famous for its sweet specialties, and you have to try the candies and desserts of its pasticcerias (bakeries)! You don't need a car during your stay at Casa amena, but if you have one, you can book a pay parking space. 100 meters (about 328 feet) from the house, there are shops and restaurants. It is also possible to order delivery services from shops. The house The house is beautiful, airy, and bright. The charming exterior spaces will enable you to enjoy great moments of relaxation outdoors. You will arrive at the house through a short pedestrian path which consists of 70 steps, including those which lead to the entrance of the house. You will enter a spacious living-room elegantly furnished with a table, chairs, armchairs, and a couch. A small corridor leads to the bedrooms. In one bedroom, you will find a double bed, and in the other, two single beds. From the double bedroom, you can reach the bathroom with shower. The bathroom actually has two doors, and it is reached from the living-room as well. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, a fridge with freezer, an oven, and a dishwasher. There is also a room with a washing-machine. The house is elegantly and completely furnished. Upon request, small pets are allowed into the house. NOTE: IN HIGH SEASON IS REQUIRED A MINIMUM STAY OF ONE WEEK The terrace From the living-room, you will have access to a large terrace paved in terracotta and furnished with a gazebo, a table, chairs, and sun loungers. The terrace, sun-drenched, overlooks Minori, the sea, and verdant lemon orchards. You will find it refreshing to spend time on the terrace while enjoying breakfast during the morning and its fresh air and while dining outdoors and delighting yourself with the sweet hours of sunset. On the terrace, you will even find a barbecue corner. Nearby tourist attractions Amalfi is about 5 km (about 3 miles) away, and Positano is 15 km (about 9.3 miles) away. Minori is connected to other towns of the coast through buses of the company SITA. From the harbor of Minori, ferries leave to Salerno, Amalfi, Positano, Capri, Sorrento, and Naples. Staying at Casa Amena is ideal for those who wish to enjoy a beautiful and large beach close to places of the area of great tourist interest as Amalfi, Ravello, Positano, Capri, Sorrento, Pompeii, Paestum, the Reggia (Royal Palace) of Caserta, among others. Villa San Giuseppe is a charming detached house of 120 sqm, capable of accommodating seven people, which is located in Furore, a small town on the Amalfi Coast considered one of ‘The most beautiful villages in Italy’. It is surrounded by nature, tranquility and peace that always attract people looking for relaxation. The Villa has three double bedrooms (one of them has a single bed 80 cm/32 inches in addition), two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a fireplace corner. The bedrooms are really spacious (beds are 160 cm/ 62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and two of them, together with the living room, are exposed to the long sea view terrace where you can seat and have a sweeping view of the sea and of the picturesque hills of Furore. The third bedroom is exposed to the small side terrace and has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a wash basin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head, a wall hair dryer and a washing machine. The other bathroom is equipped with a wash basin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a wall hair dryer as well and is in front of the seaside rooms. The living room is elegant and comfortable and is provided with a sofa, two armchairs, a table fitted for seven people, a satellite-TV, a DVD-reader, a stereo, some board games and a bookshelf offering a variety of books in different languages. The kitchen is full equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric/gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, two Italian-style coffee-makers, a kettle, a toast maker, an orange squeezer and all you will need. There is also a selection of wines made from local vineyards, famous all over the world. You will be able to enter the dining room from the kitchen. The dining table can accommodate seven guests. In this room you will find a digital piano. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. From the kitchen, a French door will take you to the garden (50 sqm/540 sq ft large), partly covered with a “pergola” of grapes plants, kiwi fruit, a lemon tree and a tangerine tree. From here you can enjoy the view of the sea and of the coastline sitting on a lounger or at the lava stone table, example of the famous Vietri ceramics, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in absolute peace.

Casa ortensia vista mare sul sentiero dei limoni

La casa si trova nella zona alta di Minori, si raggiunge salendo una scalinata di 180 gradini che partono dalla strada, vicino al parcheggio a pagamento (€ 15,00 al giorno). Si prosegue all'interno dell' azienda agricola. Il percorso potrebbe essere un po’ arduo, ma la vista è strepitosa La casa ha un giardino esterno ed un solarium privato con doccia, tavolo e sedie non è in condivisione. Garantita la massima privacy. Tassa di soggiorno €.2,00 al giorno, escluso i ragazzi fino a 14 anni.

Flora Casa Vacanze

Il mio alloggio è situato nel piccolo borgo marinaro di Atrani, a pochi gradini dalla piazzetta principale. L'appartamento risale al 1200 ed è stato completamente ristrutturato e rinnovato. Architettura tipica del luogo, soffitti alti e ricchi di volte, molto luminoso e accogliente. Ampia zona soggiorno, veranda, cucina e ampio terrazzo in condivisione. Atmosfera molto suggestiva di sera. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

La Casa con ingresso indipendente è parte di uno Stabile "Rurale" di inizio '900. Bagno privato, letto matrimoniale, divano letto, frigo da camera, TV, WI-FI ed una romantica veranda con "vista da cartolina" dove poter sorseggiare un drink, un infuso, fare colazione o addirittura prendere ispirazione ed usarla come "workstation". L'accesso è agevole dalla strada o dal parcheggio, (eventualmente disponibile), attraverso il giardino di limoni, la corte privata e pochi scalini.

L'appartamento è situato al inizio della scala che porta al SENTIERO DEGLI DEI ed e ‘ accessibile tramite 250 scalini , l appartamento e’ adatto a persone giovani , abituati a fare esercizio fisico!non adatto a persone anziane!

The recently restructured apartment is completely furnished and equipped with every comfort and has a 43 square meters terrace offering a boundless sight of sea and sky… The seventeenth century Moresque bell tower, part of the Santa Maria Maddalena’s Church rises stately close to the house. This church is not as ancient as our dwelling which was built years before. The splendid vaults of the house are evident proof.
