Lil’ Dock is a beautiful waterfront apartment over the garage with a private entry and deck overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique local shops. This property has only one designated parking spot and cannot accommodate trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check-out: 5:00pm on Sundays only.

You can take the Minnesott ferry on your way to Atlantic Beach.

Convenient to Bayboro, Vanceboro, Cherry Point, Havelock, Morehead City and the beach.(No cleaning fee.)

Carriage House on the Neuse River

It is a perfect place to rest and relax and enjoy country, river life. The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.

Cottage by the Neuse River

There is access to the river and shared beach on the property. Kayak and paddle boards available to use after signing a 'release form'. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise or have a bonfire at night on the beach and watch the moon rise. Please be aware that broken glass can wash up from the river, so bring water shoes. The river is approximately 150 yard walk down a mild sloping yard.

Creekside Cottage

Creekside Cottage, right on the water with an amazing view of the Creek from the covered patio with propane fire pit. Queen size bed in the Bedroom and Full-size pull-out couch in living room. Full bathroom with shower, privacy toilet, sink and washer/drier. Kitchen fully stocked with cookware, dishes, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. 2 mini split HVAC units.
