The Hope is a spacious Cotswolds stone house dating from the 17th Century, in the beautiful South Cotswolds. It has recently been fully renovated and is located in a quintessential Cotswold village. The house is connected to my half of the house but you will have total privacy with your own separate entrance, private garden perfect for al fresco dining and access to our tennis court. The Pig Shed, set in the water park area of The Cotswolds, just a short drive from the historic Roman town of Cirencester. New to Airbnb, The Pig Shed has undergone a full refurbishment and is now open for business. The Pig Shed is a detached one bed bungalow that sits at the side of our property, fitted with a fully functioning kitchen, bathroom and its own private patio and courtyard garden. Ideal for two adults although would also accommodate a small child to sleep on the sofa bed provided.

There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path & bird watching points. 10 min drive away is Cirencester a vibrant market town.

A new barn conversion near Cirencester

The cottage is set in a beautiful location overlooking our grass farm. Built and furnished to a very high standard and only completed in June '23 it’s ideal for a quiet weekend break on the edge of the Cotswolds. We have taken great care in the design to make sure the bed is super comfortable, the bath is big enough for a long soak and the kitchen is well equipped. All beds/bedding, highchair etc for a toddler and baby available. The 2nd bedroom has a cot and children's bed.

Self contained barn on the edge of the Cotswolds

Latton is a small village on the edge of the Cotswolds and only a 15 minute drive away from the vibrant market town of Cirencester. The location offers good access to the surrounding Cotswold villages and has good road links via the M4 and M5 motorways. Latton is surrounded by open countryside with walks directly from the property. The Cotswold Water Park is 5 minutes away by car and offers many activities including walking, cycling, sailing, fishing and paddle boarding.

The Old Bakery At The Grange

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.

Tanglin Farm Wonky Donkey Cottage

Beautiful, rural and peaceful cottage, perfect for relaxing getaways or family holidays. The farm is home to our friendly dogs, cats, horses, mini shetlands, donkeys, goats, chickens, ducks, sheep and Barney the pig. This cosy house has two double bedrooms with separate staircases and 1 double sofa bed in the sitting room. We are situated between the historic towns of Malmesbury and Royal Wootton Bassett, easy access to the M4. No Wi-Fi
