Park and hike a few hundred yards, in the winter time, into this off-the-grid cabin, or drive during seasonable acceptable weather with all-terrain or 4-wheel drive to the cabin. It is located on a 120-acre property with an epic view on a butte overlooking the Catherine Creek drainage below, wetlands, and Eagle Cap wilderness with abundant game on the property of all types. While off the grid it features refigerator, freezer, stove, oven, water, toilet, sinks with water, several beds, & stove!

The "Cottonwoods" is a lovely 2 bedroom small house with full kitchen and bath. Located on a working farm of goats, horses, chickens and friends with garden, orchard, and mountain views.
