Anemosyrma

Anemosyrma is a traditional beach house in the magnificent island of Milos. Located in the small picturesque village of Agios Konstantinos, Anemosyrma (“anemos” greek word for wind & “syrma” for Melian boat house) is actually the upper floor of a traditional “syrma”, where people used to drag and store their boats to be protected from the sea. The apartment of 50m2 in an open space plan, has a balcony overlooking the sea and it preserves a modern country style featuring unique Cycladic elements.

Skinopi Fisherman's House

A folk fisherman's house from the 50's, has been carefully renovated with detail. Located in the traditional fisherman's village of Skinopi just next to the shore, it will offer you exceptional holidays away from stressful .Daily life If we have to give a name to that house..it would be the house of colors! Introducing all tones of colors of a daytime like sky's blue and sun's gold or even orange and purple of a sunset. Also night's dark hues have been set as an illusion between moon and stars.

The Cove | Beach House (Lower)

Nestled by a sandy beach, less than 10 steps from the water, it rests in perfect harmony with nature and provides an ideal spot to unwind and relish seaside living. Eco-friendly and freshly renovated in 2022. What sets us apart is our commitment to annual maintenance, ensuring a perpetually refreshed haven. Explore the timeless allure of coastal living with us!

AQUA HOUSE 2

An open space beach house, of 60 s.m. for 6 pax with 1 double bed, 2 sofa beds and 2nd room with 2 single beds very stylish and comfortable. It is decorated with boho and cozy design styling combined with Cycladic culture. The house has direct access to a sea view veranda, with a big dining table. It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 1 & 3. Welcome basket with local products offered.

Traditional Waterfront House

Our traditional cycladic house is a hundred years old and used to be a summer retreat for our family..It is located on the seafront in the picturesque fishing village of Mandrakia on the North coast of the island.Our home is sitting right on the water's edge. and therefor has a panoramic seaview .From our veranda you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and have direct access to the water.You walk out the front door,go down a staircase into the sea for snorkeling or swimming.

The Colourful Land Klima, Milos

You've likely heard of Klima if Milos island is on your bucket list. The colorful seaside village tops all must-see lists. A long strip of multi-colored traditional fishermen houses, known as “syrmatas” lie along Milos Bay. Come at golden hour and stay for a magnificent sunset over the bay. Detached house of 55 sq.m with modern design and traditional touches.Fully renovated in 2016.It's located in a quiet location with unique view to the bay of Milos!Just 1,5 km from Plaka (capital), 850 m from the Catacombs and 3,5 Km from Adamas port. The house is suitable for couples and families with children. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with sea view balcony, living room, bathroom and 2 large verandas with unobstructed view!

Sunset Studio

Sunset Studio is located at Plaka, probably the most picturesque place on Milos, which used to be the old capital of the island. It has one bedroom with a double and a single bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Right outside, in front of your door, you can enjoy a magnificent sunset and in just two minutes you can find yourself in the middle of Plaka with its traditional alleys, the beautiful restaurants, cafes and shops.

Villa Tasoula Palm tree apartment

Villa Tasoula it's located 1km from Adamas downtown ,built with Cycladic architecture it is separated in two floors. Upstairs live my family,at the first floor we made 4 places for hosting. Two apartments and two studio. The Palm tree apartment 45 sq.m. fully equipped available for 3 person.there is not sea view but it is 150 meters from the beach of papikinou, ιdeal for relaxing and pleasant holidays !
