It has air conditioning, Wifi, BBQ and a bonfire pit to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings with a screened in porch. We are 5 minutes away from Mill River golf course, spa, pool, and tennis courts. We are conveniently within a 2 minute drive to grocery store, gas station, restaurants, mall, walking trails and parks.

Beautiful waterfront cottage located on Mill River. The property sleeps up to 8 people with 2 bedrooms containing 3 queen beds and a bunkie with 2 bunk beds. The yard has a bonfire pit and access to stairs down to the beach where you can dig clams or go kayaking (we have 6). This rental  is a 2 bedroom cottage plus bunkie located at the bottom of Malpeque Bay. Weekly rental only, check in Saturday. This is a rustic cottage on farmland and directly on the beach. Enjoy a quite rustic retreat on a private red sand beach, great for walking, wading, canoe, kayak. Mainly secluded and quiet with a few camper trailers nearby. Convenience store, coffee shop 10 min away in Miscouche. Town of Summerside with everything 20 min.
