There is a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Front and back porch, wireless internet and RukuTv. 14 acre farm with walking trails, old mill and creek. Cleaning fee $50 and Pet fee $25 day. This inviting guesthouse has everything you need for a relaxing stay, with a full kitchen and bathroom and a loft bedroom area. A large covered porch with swing, a fire pit and access to a gas grill. Great location, just outside of the City. 2026 UPDATE - we have upgraded to a full 12-000 Btu Mini-Split HVAC system so the cottage stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter!

The perfect guest suite waiting to great you to relax in this cozy retreat. Full renovation completed in 2023, including all new furnishings. As an Airbnb traveler, I focused on a clean, comfortable space that guests enjoy and recommend to others. The Chateau Midlothian Suite Retreat is limited to two adult guests with reservations. No other outside guests are permitted. All guests must have their identity verified through Airbnb with at least two reviews to make reservations.

We love to travel, so we have a variety of maps, photos, and souvenirs collected from places we have been. We are located about a half a mile from a grocery store, shops, and restaurants.
