This cozy 1 bedroom house in Pendlebury is self check in, not shared and located behind the main house. For a maximum of 2 people, CCTV is located outside the property for safety reasons & no pets are allowed. Parking is available on the road (not the driveway) and most appliances are available for cooking. We ask that you don't ring the bell on the main house. Any support needed pls text through Airbnb as we are usually quick to reply. You will also be given a number to call for emergencies.

The cosy cottage consists of a comfortable living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath tub and shower, and a small suntrap garden to sit out on sunny days.

It is ideally situated for walkers enjoying the Pennine Way and Longdendale Trail. There are good road and public transport links to the village. There is also free on street parking a couple of minute walk from the property on Burnley road, the same road as the property.
