Our newly renovated home in Toowoomba city is walking distance to the CBD, parks, cafes, major shopping centres. Our property is also under 1km distance to Toowoomba Base hospital. We have set the property up with your family in mind and can accomodate your furry friends(outside only) We also offer a comfortable space for the busy professional with a dedicated workspace available. For those that enjoy the chance to sit outside to relax, we have outdoor seating at the front & back of the house

Eldridge -Little Brick House- Circa 1889

Eldridge -Little Brick House- is my home but now the guest suite allows you to enjoy the charm of this special space. This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. There are four steps up to the verandah to allow access to the guest suite.

Centrally located 5 minutes from the CBD, this detached private guest suite is the perfect stop over for anyone on a business trip, break or just passing through. It’s a simple, comfortable space with everything you need including a kitchenette, en-suite bathroom & air conditioning. It’s separate to the main home with a private entrance. Free Wifi & a light breakfast of cereals, porridge & milk included, along with essentials like a fridge, tea & coffee, microwave, cooking basics, & linen.

Situated in the quiet Jacaranda lined streets of South Toowoomba, Ambiente Cottage has 2 bathrooms with capacity for 6 guests. You’ll be comforted by a fully functional kitchen & laundry, wifi, Netflix, BBQ, aircon throughout, 2 single beds, 2 queen beds & cot with linen supplied. The cottage is both pet and family friendly. Walking distance to shops, CBD and Base Hospital. Close proximity to Queen’s Park, Empire Theatre, Toowoomba City Golf Club, Gabbinbar Homestead and Preston Peak Winery.

Located in Mort Estate (one of the historic areas of Toowoomba city) this stunning 1890's cottage is just a short stroll away from cafes and about 5 min drive from Grand Central Shopping centre and eatery strip. Our stunning cottage has just finished a head to toe (or roof to stumps!! :-)) makeover so it is beautifully renovated ready for your arrival! The cottage has lots of space but it also feels nice and cosy so it would suit anyone looking for a great weekend in beautiful Toowoomba!!

Charming quiet Toowoomba Studio with views

Close to all of your Toowoomba events, this quiet, spacious, studio is amongst nature on the Toowoomba escarpment. It has beautiful views of the Lockyer Valley and distant mountain ranges. It's just 4 min drive to Gabbinbar Homestead, 8 min to the Uni of South Qld and 10 min to the Toowoomba town centre. Enjoy an afternoon drink on the deck and possibly spot a koala, take a dip in our pool. The spacious studio has its own kitchen, internet, fireplace for winter and aircon for summer.

Gumnut Cottage

Only 10 minutes from Toowoomba, this off-grid studio cottage gives you an escape in the Australian bush with all the comforts of home. We are located across a tiny creek, up a 1km winding, gravel driveway where the cottage is semi-privately set into the bush. At night, you might see the wallabies munch and bandicoots dig, and if lucky, the possums may come down from the trees for a treat. During the day you may catch sight of a lace-monitor lizard which may come running for a treat.

Gabbinbar 7 bedroom family home,

Modern & spacious 7 bedroom home, 2 bathrooms, and great living dining area that flows out onto a north facing patio. Close to Gabbinbar Homestead (2km) and Preston Peak Winery (8.5km). Set on a 600m2 block in a quiet street of Toowoomba most sort after suburb. Double garage, wifi, 2x smart tv & BBQ. STRICTLY NO PETS, or noise after 10pm. I’ve had complaints from neighbours & council for unattended dogs barking and partying after 10pm. Any further complaints may result in eviction.

East Toowoomba - cottage

A duplex cottage located at the top of the range, and close to the city centre, Queen's Park, schools and hospitals, and easy to locate for out of towners. If you are having for a couple of days away from home to visit our lovely city and explore the local area this is a great little place to base yourself. Also a great option for those in Toowoomba for work, parents with children at schools, country people here for medical purposes, here for family events, or just passing through.

Scandi Style, Sauna and Garden

Scandinavian style apartment in one acre of tranquil gardens, with mature trees full of birdlife. Relax and enjoy our authentic Finnish sauna, a dip in the pool or drinks on the deck! The apartment occupies the lower floor of our home and has a separate entrance and private access to the garden. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood (range-side) near Gabbinbar Homestead, Middle Ridge golf course, local shops and only a 5 minute drive to USQ and 9 minutes to Preston Peak Winery.

One-bedroom tiny home with modern open plan living on semi-rural acreage. Close to numerous wedding venues, self-contained, linen provided, reverse cycle air-conditioning, wood fireplace with breathtaking sunsets. Entertainment provided by playful ball chasing pooches. Max 2 guests. Owers live in separate homestead. Visiting for a wedding or special event? Makeup artistry is covered by experienced MUA on site. Exclusively for guests of Isobel’s Cottage. The Teahouse is the perfect home away from home where you can stay in comfort and style. Enjoy the entire space in this beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. Located in East Toowoomba, a short walk to Queens Park, Toowoomba CBD and many cafes and restaurants. Fully renovated with new furnishings including extensive kitchenware and cookware items to help make your stay easier. The Teahouse is fully airconditioned and heated for your comfort, no matter the weather conditions.
