The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. The apartment is the downstairs of a duplex in a quiet safe neighborhood. The upstairs is also an Airbnb and can also be booked for 2 additional bedrooms and a second bath and kitchen. The downstairs Airbnb space is cozy and well lit, with hardwood floors throughout. There is a large gas fireplace in the living room, and washer and dryer in the basement. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The building was originally Manistee National Bank. The recently renovated apartment is where the Bank offices were originally located. It sits on the Manistee River Walk. Guests have easy access to the River Walk for a nice stroll down to Lake Michigan. The building is centrally located in the downtown Historic District, steps away from local shopping, dining, and entertainment.
