Te recomendamos que puedas moverte y conocer la ciudad caminando, el departamento está perfectamente ubicado para experimentar Guadalajara, muy cerca del centro histórico, el paseo Chapultepec, en una zona tranquila, cultural y gastronómica. Muchos de los atractivos de nuestra hermosa ciudad podrás disfrutarlos sin necesitar gastar tu dinero con algún medio de transporte. La sensación de habitar el departamento es muy grata y acogedora cuando abres los ventanales y el espacio es uno solo integrado con la terraza lo disfrutarás mucho. Por la noche desde la terraza se observa a lo lejos el despegue de los aviones y es un espectáculo que lo puedes gozar. En la calle de libertad o en los alrededores del mercado Juarez (que de la terraza y volteando a la izquierda lo verás a 2 cuadras), podrás gozar de deliciosos desayunos en múltiples cafeterías, la gran mayoría tienen Terrazas con árboles y plantas, experimentaras momentos muy agradables y tranquilos.

This is a 57 square meter apartment with very high brick ceilings, a large living room and dining area with a lot of light. Find authentic chic mid century furniture and several art pieces. The apartment has a private bedroom with queen size bed, closet and bathroom and a separate kitchen with supplies. It also has two small inner patios for light and ventilation. A lot of original architecture details from 1940 like floors, brick walls, ceiling and windows frames were conserved in the restoration. The project was recently featured in Architectural Digest Mexico and won several important architecture prizes: Architecture Masterprize and NoldiSchreck. Guest may use the whole apartment. You can also hang out in the inner patio of the condo and first floor lobby. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer you can use next to the garage. Santa María La Ribera is a historic 19th-century neighborhood. Stroll in the Alameda Park opposite, then visit the nearby Museo de Geología. Here, gaze at mammoth and dinosaurs fossils, plus paintings by the famous Mexican master Jose María Velasco. You'll find a lot of public transportations options including subway, metrobus (direct line to the airport and historic center), train, bus and public bike system (ecobici). Metrobus Linea 4 norte is a direct connection from the airport T1 and T2 to Buenavista and back. Takes about 45 min. 30 Pesos/person, a rechargable Metrocard is need. Safe, quick and direct way to and from the airport.
