This is a fully-equipped mini-apartment. There is a kitchen/living-room area and a small balcony. The bedroom is spacious with en-suite bathroom, new double bed, large wardrobe, and sofa. transport to Venice and the Mestre train station is very close. My prices are based on persons per night because I hate to penalize single travellers so please book for the right number of people. We have self check-in but if you prefer to mee a person to show your document you have to pay an extra service.

Potrete parcheggiare la vostra auto in un posto riservato o eventualmente nel garage privato coperto e raggiungere facilmente Venezia in 20 minuti con un bus, con fermata a soli 50 metri dall'appartamento e con corse ogni 10 minuti. A pochi passi dall'appartamento troverete tutto ciò di cui potreste aver bisogno: un supermercato, una pasticceria, una pizzeria, una farmacia e una biglietteria per i bus.

Posizione ideale per chi vuole visitare Venezia. In zona tranquilla, di fronte alla fermata del bus o a 1 minuto in auto dal parcheggio gratuito dalla fermata del treno che in 20 minuti porta in centro storico ( treno diretto, 2 fermate). Ingresso indipendente, pano terra. Con piccolo giardino. Zona giorno, camera, bagno. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino del quale abbiamo eliminato ogni cigolio e un divano, più un lettino di 130 cm su richiesta. Parliamo inglese e portoghese.

Mi apartamento está a sólo 10 minutos en tranvía o autobús de Venecia, espléndida ciudad de arte, a 400 metros de la 'Campus de la Universidad de Ciencias de Ca' Foscari, 5/10 minutos a pie de la estación (900 metros), la parada de autobús 100 metros, 50 metros hay Interspar un McDonalds, el PMA, y algunos restaurantes. L 'autopista está a 2 km, Padua en 30 minutos, Treviso, Gardaland en tren. Y 'ideal para parejas, aventureros solitarios, viajeros de negocios y familias (con niños).

Se viaggiate da soli, chiedeteci un prezzo speciale! L´apartamento é situato a Carpenedo, la piu bella area di Venezia Mestre, tranquilla, verde e facilmente raggiungibile dal centro storico. Nella camera da letto c´é una tipica maschera veneziana del sole e la luna in abbraccio.
