The other three bedrooms and full bath are located upstairs. No carpet. Dog friendly on a case by case basis with prior approval. Great covered patio area. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.
