Hi I'm Basil. I live with my donkey family on a beautiful property in Exeter. Come and stay in a lovely private barn beside my paddock. It has 2 queen beds, a spacious & warm living area, with a kitchenette and a stylish bathroom. Escape the stresses of the modern world & enjoy the view over the pond. Lavender Lodge is a charming home nestled in the tranquil country town of Bundanoon in the Southern Highlands, NSW, set in a peaceful and private setting on an acre of lawn, stunning trees and a million miles from the hustle and bustle of the city. Kangaroos and fruit trees will be your only distraction during your stay. The house offers fully ducted air conditioning for Summer cooling and Winter heating plus a fire place. Coffee shops, restaurants and markets are only a 5 minute drive away.

Relax in our private beautiful Japanese Studio , open plan bedroom and living room with seperate small bathroom. NOT suitable for children or pets. The Studio has a bar fridge , microwave, toaster, coffee pod machine and kettle. No kitchen. .Enjoy stunning 9 acres of gardens . Perfect location for photo shoots, wedding ceremonies or getaway. Set on a 350 acre cattle property 10 minutes from Moss Vale you will find this purpose built, luxurious Hampton’s style cottage. With a 2 car connected garage and indoor/outdoor sandstone fireplace, it comprises 2 large king bedrooms each with a walk-in robe and ensuite. There is ducted air conditioning, fully appointed kitchen, open plan living dining, concealed laundry, outdoor dining terrace, swinging seat and BBQ. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 or 5. Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Pear Tree Cottage

Enjoy a peaceful country retreat in the heart of the Highlands surrounded by nature at its best. This spacious, newly renovated, two-bedroom cottage is a separate dwelling situated on 5 acres of parkland that can sleep up to 5 people. It has a kitchenette, dining table and comfy lounge with a cosy warm fireplace for cold nights and is just a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk to Bundanoon village. Pear Tree Cottage gets its name from the ornamental pear trees that line the driveway.

The Shack at Bimbimbi in semi rural Exeter.

The Shack at Bimbimbi is well appointed, private, and is situated on 5 acres, 40 meters from the main house separated by gardens. There is a box fire and heating for chilly nights. A great getaway, close to walks in Morton National Park, Bundanoon, Exeter Village and a short drive to Moss Vale and Bowral. A complimentary breakfast hamper is supplied for a minimum 2 night stay, free WiFi. We hope you will come and see for yourself.
