Just a mile up the road from The Eccardt Dairy and Beef Farm, The A-Frame is located on a class six road tucked in the woods. This is a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of every day life (no electricity, no cell service, no heat, and no running water). It is located perfectly for anyone who loves camping and the outdoors (hiking, biking, UTVs). Just a short drive away from beautiful lakes to kayak and swim and The A-Frame is just a mile off the Monadnock Sunapee Greenway Trail.

My direct waterfront, year-round A-Frame cabin is 30 min to Mount Sunapee, 20 min to Crotched, and 15 min to Pat's Peak! It’s located on a small 32-acre pond near Franklin Pierce Lake with over 100 feet of waterfront. There is a 6 foot main dock to load kayaks, and a small fishing dock off to the side. The fishing on our pond gets rave reviews! The property sits on 1/3 of an acre, on a sloped hill. It's located between Keene and Concord, and nearby many great hiking and snowmobile trails
