Located at the center of California, it's an ideal place for your continued travels towards National Parks, beaches, and larger cities.

You'll find total privacy in our cozy cottage hideaway located in a shady garden courtyard. Off-street parking and lockbox access are provided for easy guest check in. We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. NOTE: We follow recommended Covid-19 cleaning procedures at all times.

This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). Clean, Cozy, Happy New Home in North Merced

I would love to host your stay in North Merced. I want everyone to have a comfortable and safe place to stay.  With the ease of digital check-in and the ability to manage your booking through the app, you will not need to interact with anyone in person.  Of course, if you need anything, I am always a text or phone call away.  Our cleaning service is trained to properly disinfect and deep clean the house before and after your stay.  The home is fully furnished with new furniture and dishes.

Quiet and serene retreat for families (pets allowed if approved prior to arrival) located in California Gold County on ranch property - a little over a mile from hwy 140, which is the route to the west entrance of Yosemite Valley. The property is situated in the rolling hills of Catheys Valley. The sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous. We are located 19 miles from North America's largest floating, inflatable aqua park Splash-n-Dash. Great summer fun !!

Full size refrigerator is included and very good size kitchenette. Unit has its own water heater and Climate Control System (AC/HEAT) conveniently located within 2 hours of San Francisco, Yosemite & Sacramento.
