Moel y Don is a beautiful waterfront cottage set right on the edge of the Menai Strait Wake up to the sound of the water, enjoy quiet evenings under big skies, and feel completely immersed in nature. Perfectly positioned just minutes from sandy beaches and on the coastal path. We’re only 5 minutes from the A55 making Moel y Don an ideal base for exploring the very best of Anglesey & Eryri. Bay Tree Cottage- Menai Bridge, Anglesey

This 19th century cottage sits on the side of a hill, with breathtaking views over the Menai Strait. The cottage itself was lovingly renovated five years ago. It’s multi-level garden is the perfect vantage point for looking out to sea, the top level decking makes a great place for a glass of wine in the sunshine. Conveniently situated on the main road which leads to nearby Menai Bridge which is just five minutes by car along the coast. Beaumaris is the same in the opposite direction.

One bedroom on the ground floor, the second bedroom being accessed by its own staircase. ( not from the ladder in living area) Cloakroom, outside sitting/dining area and full use of all the grounds. Ample parking.
