This vintage building was originally built as a hotel in the late ‘60s and a hotel for the 1982 Worlds fair! Close to everything UTK and downtown Knoxville. Garage Parking pass!! 5 min walk to the University of Tennessee or 1 mile walk from downtown Knoxville. Get a great nights’ rest in the queen size bed featuring “The Purple Mattress.” A convertible couch is great for additional guest or seating during the day. Kitchen includes the basics. You are right next to UTK campus, right across from the ag campus. There is a mixture of residents in the building… graduate students and young professionals as well as some older... some retired. The building is about 60 years old... converted from apartments to condos. It’s not fancy. But it is close to lots of things…lots of restaurants…Publix grocery store...biking/walking trails. Downtown Knoxville is a GREAT place to roam, day or night and you are within about 5-8 minutes by car.

The surroundings include over an acre of thickly wooded area with ample parking for both cars and boats. About one half mile down the road is the very upscale Twin Cove marina. We do not allow animals.
