Snuggle up on the couch, stream a movie you never got to see or work on the super fast internet. Take a walk along the country lanes and enjoy the fresh air.

Studio 12

Our home is on half an acre of beautiful gardens, with our house on one side and Studio 12 on the other. Studio 12 is studio style accommodation and is one large room that accommodates up to 3 people, and includes a queen and single bed. Tastefully decorated, the kitchenette has microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge, electric wok and grill. Linen and towels are supplied. Double french doors open out onto the large garden that separates this accommodation from the main residence.

This cottage is nestled in a breathtaking 2.5 acre established garden. It is perfect for couples wanting to retreat from the world or it is close to Bowral and surrounding attractions including golf clubs and vineyards. We are walking distance from Bowral centre and a 10-15 minute drive to all the wineries the Southern Highlands has to offer. We are here to make your weekend one to remember, indulge in our cosy cottage, sit back and watch TV and have a glass of wine from your complimentary bottle of wine on arrival.

Magpie Haven is a north facing independent studio with king size bed, in a separate pod of our architect designed, contemporary home. We are on 1.5 acres overlooking the Wingecarribee River, the village of Berrima and beyond. It is 1 km into Berrima where you will find cafes, restaurants and specialty shops and close to Bendooley Estate and other wedding venues.

Orchard Cottage & Gardens

Orchard Cottage, set in beautiful private gardens in a quiet and exclusive street just 2 mins drive to Moss Vale CBD. It is part of an historic former farmhouse dating from 1917 and originally part of the 1000 acre Throsby Park Homestead, which can be viewed from the garden. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, warm in the winter, cool in the summer.
