2-bedroom w/ 2 private bath mill home (circa 1920) in historic Belmont. 10 min to Charlotte Airport and US Natl Whitewater Center, 20 min to downtown Charlotte, a few minutes to boat launch and Belmont's historic Main St restaurants, shops, parks. Walk/run/bike thru the neighborhoods and to Main Street (15 min walk). A large kitchen/dining room separates the bedrooms. The deck has private access from master bedroom and dining area (large doggie door to fully fenced side yard from dining).

Tiny Guest House By Fishing Pond

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Country setting, but close enough to a lot of activities. Close to Charlotte and Charlotte motor Speedway. Wineries, PNC pavilion. Great Wolf Lodge and Concord mills. Enjoy visiting the goats and chickens. They love animal crackers and you’ll find some by the gate to give them. We are earth friendly using plant based cleaning products. We have waterless dry toilet. We are a working farm and offer farm fresh eggs when available.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.
