You must be OK with horses (on 3 sides of the barn) and free roaming chickens.

You can interact with our adorable baby cow, goats, and donkey. You even have the opportunity to personally feed them with a supply of delightful snacks!

The two bedroom, 2 bath Victorian Heth House is the perfect location to get ready for your big wedding day or have room to roam while at Bearpen. Named after the owner’s family, one quickly appreciates the simplicities of yesteryear. The spacious cabin features a charming great room, wrap around porch and all the gingerbread details one would expect in a vintage 20th century home. Sleeps up to 8 with 2 queen sofa beds. Breakfast pastry basket, yogurt, juice, coffee included each morning.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All 4 bedrooms are large and spacious. Each has a Roku TV. Game room with pool table, 65 inch Roku TV, dart board, and seating. Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

You will have your own private space in a detached Guest House behind the main home at the back of a fenced and gated property. This guest home has its own private entrance and secured parking behind a gated entrance. Even though you are located in the same area as our primary home, your space is very private and located on the lower level of the property and we will not bother you.
