Historic Home with Private and Adorable Upstairs

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Private upstairs includes 3 cozy and comfortable bedrooms and a bath. Downstairs there is access to the 1872 porch and private entry/dining space. This historic Victorian Rural Gothic Cottage with its large yard is situated on the boundary line between Springfield and Eugene. It is an easy walk to paths and trails along the Willamette River and under two miles to the nearby downtowns. Autzen Stadium is a 1-1/2 mile walk through grassy fields!

The Red Door Retreat is part of Our Shangra la LLC. We overlook the Circle Bar Golf course. Quiet, water features on four sides. 6 month creek flows into the North Fork of the Willamette. Tree frog pond and waterfall in the Grape arbor. We put up our own grape juice. Heated Exercise Pool with a current also enclosed to keep the pool area pleasant. A HOT SPRINGS hot tub. Multi car parking. Koi and frog pond. A Treehouse with stairs and adult swing set.

Minutes from Pre's Trail and endless miles of river bike paths leading to Autzen Stadium, UO Campus, and downtown Springfield and Eugene, this private master bedroom with full bath is awesome. The room has everything you need for a comfortable trip to Eugene/Springfield including a queen bed, full bathroom with soap, shampoo and shower gel, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, and more.
