A 7 kms des commerces, du centre aquatique, des médecins, pharmacies, du ciné, des restos, des stations services... Linges de lit et de maison fournis, pas le linge de toilette. Le ménage est fait par nos soins. WIFI et TV d'orange gratuits.

And...relax! L’Ancienne Gendarmerie is a beautiful restored police station right in the heart of the vibrant village of Pressac. On the main square opposite the church, and with lovely countryside views across the pretty river Clain and its medieval bridge, the house combines a sense of history with modern convenience and plenty of space. Perfect for families or groups of friends, there's plenty to do just staying in, but it is also a great base for exploring the beautiful Vienne and Charente.

Relax in this charming and spacious house with south facing sun terrace. This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Elle se situe également à 10 min du centre de la mémoire d'Oradour Sur Glane et à 20 min de Limoges, ville d'Arts et de Feu, célèbre pour sa porcelaine.

There are no other guests on the property. There are beautiful walks on the doorstep with a Medieval Millhouse on the Charente river 300 metres away and chemins stretching for miles around the area. The beautiful old Abbey Town of Charroux is 8 Kms distant and we are within half an hour of Civray, Ruffec & Confolens.

Ce lieu unique vous permettra de vous reposer et de visiter une région riche en patrimoine et en activités (une abbaye d exception, le Futuroscope, la vallée de la Gartempe…). Le gîte dispose d un bassin naturel (10X12m) d un potager, d un verger bio, d un terrain de pétanque et d un jardin à l abris des regards.

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir au Mas de la Pinière. Ce gîte vous offrira tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Vous aurez bien sur accès à l'ensemble du jardin clôturé qui s'étend jusqu'au petit cour d'eau. La piscine au sel est uniquement pour vous (de mai-juin à septembre). Elle n'est pas chauffée. Les enfants seront sous votre responsabilité.
