The home has a sunken living room with a wood burning fireplace, open layout , with skylights that allow for tons of natural sunlight. Sit outside on the deck, enjoy a bonfire and relax with the beautiful sounds of nature. This home is great for intimate retreats and gatherings with family and friends. The Gathering Place is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and unwind!

Located on a sweeping bend of the Delaware, Broad Arrows offers unrivaled views and peace in nature regardless of the season. In summer grill on the deck, swim, canoe or fly fish. In the evenings enjoy river sunsets or enjoy our Finnish sauna followed by a refreshing dip in the river. In fall and winter enjoy the many local hiking trails or ski-hills.
