This is our home property, you may see children exploring with one collie, chickens free ranging and waking to a rooster. Ideal for fishermen who want the St. Lawrence River. We start pizza in Spring ‘24.

Our house is in town and close to diners, restaurants, library, the airport, golf course, parks, the Eisenhower locks, and for adults who enjoy gaming and/or bingo the Akwesasna Mohawk Casino Resort is 15 minutes down the road. Summer offers swimming, fishing tournaments and boating while winters have skiing, skating and snowmobiling. Our basement is finished and has a sitting area with a large screened TV. There is a bar, jukebox, table and booth set up, foos ball, and dart board.

Cozy Cabin located on the NYS trail system with direct access to the Deer River. Trails are used for hiking, hunting, fishing, and recreational vehicles. This bright and airy upstairs apartment is charming and inviting. You’ll have everything you need for a lovely stay. Each room has a queen sized bed and there are 2 roll-away cots. Close to state trails, the Eisenhower Locks, Massena Intake boat launch, and only a few miles out of town. It sits on the Grasse River on a dead end road, and has plenty of room for boaters with a trailer.
