We offer all the comforts of home for your vacation stay. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath 1500 sq. ft. lower-level guest suite, offers an additional sleeping area with a queen-sized futon and full kitchen along with a washer and dryer and private, garden level patio entrance with grill, table/chairs, and conversation area. Centrally located in Meeker, you have a 4-block, 5 minute walk to the downtown area along with a beautiful view of the White River Valley and surrounding mountains.

The guest area includes the entire basement of our home, with it's own private entrance, a living room area, bathroom and laundry facilities as well as a small kitchenette area stocked with breakfast items. The white river and fishing are within walking distance. We are surrounded by beautiful hiking and biking areas. There is an outdoor patio space to enjoy the peace and quiet of the white river valley.

Located just steps to the White River and a large private community open space, with swing set, bbq grill and picnic tables. You’ll also be walking distance to several restaurants, parks, and shopping. This two-story condo is located on the second floor. The open kitchen features granite counters and an eat-in island. Enjoy traditional Colorado living in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with an external entrance and all the amenities of a spacious, basic hotel suite a couple miles outside of Meeker. Family friendly, although the stairs are very steep and not recommended for everyone. Lots of parking for vehicles and trailers. Feel free to wander the hillside directly behind the home.
